Mr. Worman brings extensive experience in financial management, corporate governance, and public company operations, with expertise in the financial services industry and special purpose acquisition companies. Mr. Worman has served as an Interim CFO and consultant through SeatonHill Partners/GCW Consulting LLC, where he provides chief financial officer services to multiple clients across various industries. Mr. Worman also served as President and CFO of National Holdings Corporation, a financial services company operating as a broker dealer.
Mr. Worman currently serves as the CFO of Insight Acquisition Corp., Insight Digital Partners II, Drugs Made in America Acquisition Corp., Drugs Made in America Acquisition Corp. II, and Orion Innovations Inc.
Mr. Worman holds an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Economics from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
