Mr. Thakur is the Founder and Managing Director of K2 Capital Advisors.  Mr. Thakur has significant experience in originating, structuring, and executing financings, mergers and acquisitions, and go-public transactions across a range of sectors including critical minerals, technology, energy, healthcare, and real estate. He has worked closely with both private and public company management teams to develop growth strategies, secure institutional capital, and position companies for long-term success in the public markets.

Known for a hands-on, partnership-oriented approach, Mr. Thakur’s expertise extends from pre-listing preparation and capital structuring to post-listing operational advisory. His network of relationships spans institutional investors, strategic corporate partners, and advisory professionals in key capital markets hubs across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Mr. Worman brings extensive experience in financial management, corporate governance, and public company operations, with expertise in the financial services industry and special purpose acquisition companies. Mr. Worman has served as an Interim CFO and consultant through SeatonHill Partners/GCW Consulting LLC, where he provides chief financial officer services to multiple clients across various industries. Mr. Worman also served as President and CFO of National Holdings Corporation, a financial services company operating as a broker dealer.

Mr. Worman currently serves as the CFO of Insight Acquisition Corp., Insight Digital Partners II, Drugs Made in America Acquisition Corp., Drugs Made in America Acquisition Corp. II, and Orion Innovations Inc.

Mr. Worman holds an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Economics from Ramapo College of New Jersey.

Mr. Tjiang is currently a Vice President and investment professional at K2 Capital Advisors.

Mr. Tjiang has experience in investment banking, investment management, and public company leadership experience.  He joined K2 Capital Advisors in 2024 and is responsible for leading the firm’s investment efforts and spearheading various strategic initiatives for numerous portfolio companies.

Prior to joining K2 Capital Advisors, he was an investment banker at Ventum Financial (fka Echelon Capital Markets) where he advised on over 35 complex mergers & acquisitions, equity financing, and debt financing transactions.

Before joining Ventum Financial in April 2021, Mr. Tjiang was an investment analyst at Richardson Asset Management, where he analyzed and managed a portfolio of investments across an array of long / short equities-oriented mandates.
