Michael E. Fuentes
Mr. Fuentes has a diverse background spanning various ventures across asset management, investment products, and capital markets. Mr. Fuentes currently serves as Director of Lloyd Harbor Capital Management, LLC, a ~$400 million AUM investment advisor.
Previously, he was the Founder and Managing Member of Lloyd Point Capital, LP, which he established in 2016. In addition, Mr. Fuentes joined Range Fund Holdings (RFH) in January 2024 as Director, where he has been instrumental in the launch and management of multiple ETFs. He also advised Range Capital Acquisition Corp., a SPAC, on its initial public offering on Nasdaq in December 2024.
Earlier in his career, he held roles at National Financial Partners, where he began as a Benefits Analyst and was quickly promoted to Retirement Analyst for Retirement Services.
Young Bann
Mr. Bann is a seasoned executive with +25 years of progressive leadership experience in Global Industrial Manufacturing and Energy Transition companies, having served a variety of leadership roles throughout his career. Between 2019 to 2020, Mr. Bann served as CEO at Hyundai Materials Inc., a Hyundai Motor Group subsidiary. From 2020 to 2021, Mr. Bann served as Managing Director at DL Group Holdings a leading Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) company in South Korea.
Prior to Hyundai Materials, he was a Corporate Executive at General Electric (GE), where he held multiple senior leadership roles including Country Marketing Officer for Global Growth & Operations in Korea. Prior to GE, Mr. Bann held senior roles at IBM, Accenture and A.T. Kearney.
Raj Matthew, CPA
Mr. Matthew is a CPA with decades of experience in accounting, financial management and corporate finance.
Mr. Matthew brings extensive public company financial reporting expertise, having served as CFO for multiple public companies where he oversaw SEC compliance, financial statement preparation, and audit oversight. During his tenure as CFO, he successfully led companies through traditional IPO and SPAC transactions, managing complex financial reporting requirements and investor relations.
His track record with cutting-edge technologies including digital assets, cybersecurity platforms, and computer networking positions him well to understand emerging frontier technologies such as humanoid robotics and small modular nuclear reactors.
John G. Vonglis
Mr. Vonglis is an experienced government, military, defense, and business professional, having served leadership tenures across a variety of public and private sector offices.
Mr. Vonglis serves as Chairman of the Strategic Advisory Board for NANO Nuclear Energy Inc. and Executive Director of Global Government Affairs, where he advises on growth, governance, and strategy at both the domestic and international levels. He has also held senior advisory roles with leading institutions including the Rockefeller Foundation, GAMCO Investors, and Cross Range Capital LLC.
Previously, Mr. Vonglis served as Senate-confirmed Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer of the U.S. Department of Energy, where he was also appointed acting Director of ARPA-E. His public service includes senior leadership roles at the Department of Defense, culminating as acting Assistant Air Force Secretary (CFO). A retired U.S. Army Reserve Colonel with 34 years of service in special operations, he has served in the Administrations of Presidents Bush, Obama, and Trump.
